About Honest Hemp
Introducing Honest Hemp Co. Creating quality Hemp derived full spectrum products focused on
simplicity, efficacy and affordability.
There is no denying that hemp oil interacts with the human body in very significant ways. The phytocannabinoids in plants, including Cannabidiol (CBD), other minor cannabinoids and terpenes, modulate and bind perfectly with the human Endocannabinoid System. The plant molecules and body’s receptors are made for one another.
- Your body needs Cannabidiol.
- You desire high quality products.
- You deserve affordable hemp products.
- This is why we’ve created Honest Hemp Co.
Honest Hemp Co. formulates products that are highly functioning and effective in the body using blends gently extracted hemp-based CBD, essential oils, herbs and plant-derived terpenes.
Honest Hemp Co. foundation:
• Locally sourced hemp
• Gentle extraction methods
• Clean manufacturing practices
• Effective dosage suggestions
• Products people want and need
• Strict compliance
• Customer satisfaction guaranteed
Understanding the Endocannabinoid System
The Endocannabinoid System (EC) is a foundational bodily system that interacts closely with the brain, the Immune System and the Central and Peripheral Nervous Systems. Within the EC system, there are CB1 and CB2 receptors that interact with certain molecules, including some plant molecules. The CB1 receptors are found primarily in the brain, while the CB2 receptors are found throughout the body. Hemp and other plant (phyto) cannabinoids interact with these receptors by modulating, repressing, or otherwise affecting these receptors. CB1 receptors are influenced most significantly by THC (tetrahydracannabinol) which has psychoactive properties, while hemp oil (cannabidiol) and other terpenes affect the CB2 most significantly, offering no psychoactive effects. The key to fighting stress, inflammation, pain, diseases and other bodily maladies is keeping hemp oil levels in the blood serum high enough to properly support the body.
The recently discovered Endocannabinoid System (EC) has a receptor called CB2 which directly interacts with CBD and other phyto molecules.
The CB2 receptors are dense throughout the central and peripheral nervous systems and the immune system. There is a direct link between certain sickness and disease in the body and the number of CB2 receptors in the localized region. This link created curiosity about the types of molecules that modulate the receptors and the connection it could have on overall health and homeostasis.
